The 2024 Nissan Versa is easily one of the most versatile vehicles in the Nissan lineup. This subcompact sedan offers the perfect balance of space and performance for busy suburbanites. All three trim levels are priced competitively, so it comes down to standard features to decide which trim is best for you.

Trim Levels of the 2024 Nissan Versa

All four trim levels of the Nissan Versa share a sophisticated forward collision system with built-in pedestrian detection. This automatic braking system works by monitoring the front of the vehicle to spot and track pedestrians that cross the front of the vehicle. When the Versa determines that a frontal impact with a pedestrian is likely, it will immediately engage the brakes to prevent an accident. This is a key feature if you drive in the city or suburbs often.

S FWD

The entry-level S trim is outfitted with a lithe 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that provides 122 horsepower and 114 lb-ft of torque. The small engine has an ideal output for city driving and steady highway cruising. This model has a five-speed manual transmission with electric power-assisted steering for easy handling.

S CVT FWD

The core difference between the S and S CVT trim is the transmission. This model has Nissan’s signature Xtronic continuously variable transmission, which is designed to optimize fuel consumption for a more efficient driving experience. With the CVT transmission, you can expect this sedan to have a fuel efficiency of 32 MPG in urban areas, 40 MPG on the freeway, and 35 MPG combined.

SV FWD

The SV model introduces a rear cross-traffic alert system with integrated rear automatic braking. With this safety technology, the Versa can mitigate the severity of a rear-end accident by hitting the brakes when an inevitable collision with another vehicle is detected. A blind spot warning system, which keeps an eye on the back corner of your vehicle and alerts you when a vehicle enters that zone, is another standard safety feature for this model.

SR FWD

The SR trim has premium infotainment features like a six-speaker audio system, access to SiriusXM satellite radio, and Nissan’s turn-by-turn navigation services. The infotainment system can fully integrate with Apple CarPlay or connect to Android Auto, depending on what type of device you have. A NissanConnect Wi-Fi hotspot is another standard feature that keeps you connected to your favorite entertainment on the road.

The SR has a few other upgrades, such as automatic air conditioning for the entire cabin, heated front seats, and LED high and low-beam lights. This model even has an Intelligent Cruise Control feature with traffic stop-and-go software that enables low-speed cruise control in urban areas.

From the base trim to the highest trim level, the Versa is a flexible sedan ideal for your daily driving needs. Test drive your preferred model at Dann’s Discount Auto Sales in Tulare, CA.
